Whether it's your dissertation, thesis or a journal article, you've spent months, years even, working on it; testing and retesting, writing and re-writing, and now it's time to submit. But sometimes, in focussing on the end goal, you can lose track of the details. Spelling and grammar gets missed, repetition sneaks in, and sometimes things just don't make sense.
Proofreading your own writing is never a good idea as we all gloss over our own mistakes, that's why employing an expert academic proofreader to review your work is vital.

Turnaround:
I will always aim to work to your deadlines, however, for larger pieces of work I do require at least two week's notice. Typically, a 50,000 word thesis will be returned to you within two weeks.
Certificate of proofreading:
Many universities now have a proofreading policy that professionals must adhere to when proofreading students' work. To confirm that I have followed your university's policy, as standard, I provide a certificate of proofreading that can be submitted with your work.
